Acceptance is tantamount to concluding a lease agreement for a period agreed by the parties for a specified number of people under the conditions specified in the regulations. No additional people not included in the booking may stay on the premises of the facility / house, terrace, garden /.
On the day of arrival, the entire amount for the stay is collected, less the down payment. Guests are obliged to pay the agreed amount for the rental, even if, for reasons beyond the control of the owner of the facility, the arrival or stay is delayed or shortened, e.g. (communication difficulties, strikes, personal reasons) and in the case of accommodation of a smaller number of people than specified in the booking .
There is an absolute ban on smoking throughout the house
Due to the wooden structure of the house - the fire is allowed to be lit only in designated places.
The hotel day starts at 15.00 on the day of arrival and ends at 10.00 on the day of departure.
The curfew is valid from 23.00 - 7.00
Please use changeable footwear in the rooms.
Guests are required to use the property entrusted to them in a manner consistent with its intended use, take care of cleanliness and order during their stay and leave the facility in proper order upon departure.
Please sort your rubbish in accordance with the descriptions on the containers / bags.
For damages caused by themselves or by persons under their care, Guests are responsible by paying compensation during their stay, on site, in the amount of 100% of the costs incurred by the Lessor in connection with repairing the damage.
Guests are obliged to immediately inform the owner of the facility about any breakdowns, damage and deficiencies found in the facility and to report any damage caused during the stay.

The Lessor declares that he is insured against civil liability and is liable in this respect for unintentional damage caused to guests.
In the event of force majeure, the landlord has the right to withdraw from the contract.
This also applies to cases where the personal safety of Guests or their property cannot be guaranteed for reasons beyond the control of the Lessor. Amounts paid by Guests are immediately refundable, minus any amounts due for services already provided.
Responsibility for children rests solely with the parents / guardians.
The living room - kitchenette is a common space - please keep order and cleanliness.
Additional firewood is available on request for a fee.
Please observe the usual rules of maintaining good neighborly relations.
Before leaving the house, please check that all electrical appliances and water are turned off.
In matters not covered by these regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code regarding occasional rental shall apply.
